Welcome to Land of Oz Dolls’ Virtual Tour of our fabulous doll room. I started Land of Oz Dolls in 1979 in the confines of my basement. I soon outgrew the space and in 1983 the Land of Oz Dolls studio expanded into the 28 ft. x 50 ft. building that it now resides in. In 1993, we added the second floor doll display room, changing the building into two full floors (2800 sq.ft.) of doll-making delights. Now, 41 years later, Land of Oz Dolls draws visitors from near and far to view the fantastic displays in the doll room. For all of you too far to visit, this virtual tour was made for you. Every day is Christmas at Land of Oz Dolls! To all of our friends and customers around the world, Merry Christmas!! Dolly Hugs, Connie Zink
Dear Connie ,
your love for dolls shines through on every page of your website . I appreciate your professionalism re. your reproduction Jumeau dolls . To master a good reproduction doll one needs to be a true artist and to me it is more difficult than creating ones own sculpted doll. I know it , I did both and received highest awards with my artist dolls .
Unfortunately my doll making phase was only brief since I fell and injured my neck in 2001 . Since that time I returned to painting , though my basement studio is full of doll parts .
Best wishes , Uschi Ringleb-Mastrodascio
Thank you so much Uschi for your kind comments. Connie
